We recently moved our 2.0.1 version FAQ to a new Litespeed based server which doesn't have an MTA. For example, power users can see all content, internal users can only see topics tagged ("internal", which may be 70% of the total) and external users see those topics tagged as "public", which may be 30% of the total topics. I did the same work with Windows 7 and MsSQL Server 2008 and there PHPMyFAQ detect MsSQL Server 2008 like MsSQL 2000/2005 and PHPMyFAQ works perfectly ... Somebody can help me ? Thanks ...		Answer

Hello, I installed the version 2.6.11, the installation went good, i received the confirmation page at the end of the setup, there were two links on this page: 1) for the admin page 2) the main FAQ page. I opened both pages (Ctrl click), everything looked fine. after few minutes, the main FAQ page was blank, I didn't make any changes yet, but the admin part still works.. very weird. I tried to switch the debug mode to "true", it worked on the admin part, but I still get a blank page, any idea???		Answer

Hello, I am running phpMyFAQ with many languages (Spanish, English, Portuguese and Italian) and whenever I check the Top10 or the Latest FAQs RSS I get it in Spanish. I tried to pass the 'lang' parameter by GET, but only the site title and the "views" text appear to be translated. The FAQs show in Spanish, even if 'lang' equals 'en', 'pt' or 'it'. The fact is that if you go to the phpMyFAQ home page, the Top10 and the Latest FAQs are correctly shown. The problem is only with the RSS feature. Is there any known problem with the RSS feature? How can I link from existing web site to PMF for new and returning users. When they initially subscribe to main web site I would like to automatically register them in the PMF data base. For normal use, when they are on the original web site and link to PMF, I would like to pass the user name and automatically register them in PMF. Along this same concept, what is the purpose of the user name and password registration in PMF? Hi there, All of my users are allowed to administer the FAQ, and my FAQ is secured by default. So everyone has to sign in to do anything. However, once they are signed in and they go to the back-end admin section, I cannot see how to jump back out of that into the normal front end so that they can start searching. They have to edit the URL in the address bar and then navigate back to the homepage. Am I missing something here? Or can you tell me how to add a link in the PHP to the top menu bar to go back to the front page please? Thanks!		Answer

Hallo! es gibt das Problem, dass auf einem Win7 Pro System mit IE9 die FAQ's (sowohl www.phpmyfaq.de als auch die FAQ als Content einer Website) mit einer leeren weissen Seite angezeigt werden. I need the ability to have multiple tiers of viewer groups for an online systems manual. i.e. employees see some FAQ's, managers see the employee posts, plus higher level posts. Department heads see theirs, plus the two lower tiers. If I can group FAQ's into multiple groups, that could work but I don't think it's possible yet, is it? And if not, how long do we wait? This could be the "deal breaker" between using this, and abandoning it completely.		Answer
